Dear Tiger Family, 

Hello! I am so excited for this school year!

Cannonsburg Elementary is a Kindergarten through 5th grade school. We are “temporarily” located at the Boyd County Early Childhood Academy building (the old Boyd County High School) at 12307 Midland Trail in Ashland, Kentucky. We will be at this location until the completion of the renovation project to our school. Our phone number here is: (606) 928-7131 and all faculty members can be reached at this number. Master Bell Schedule: 

School doors open at 7:00 am (Students will go to the cafeteria for breakfast)

School day begins at 7:30 am 

Bus Dismissal is at 2:40 pm

Student pickups at 2:50 pm 

Being at school every day is extremely important to ensure that students do not miss out on learning opportunities that are important to their academic success. If your child is absent, they must send in a parent/guardian note or a doctor’s excuse. Each student is allowed (5) parent notes per school year. Any additional absences or tardies will require them to have a doctor’s note to be excused. Scheduling all appointments after school or during scheduled school breaks  is greatly appreciated and encouraged.
